Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is an athlete who competes. After quitting her gymnastics career She began competing in fitness contests at the age of was a teenager. Her Pro Card was only awarded one year later, when she was 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. At the age of 16, she began competing in fitness competitions after quitting gymnastics. At the age of 17 she was awarded her Pro Card a year after. Thus becoming the most youthful IFBB Pro in history. Ariel was required to take an absence of six years from performing when she was awarded her Professional card in order to finish the college. The return to competitive competition in 2015 was a continuation of previous performances, in which she competed at elite events like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. When she won her first competition in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years, setting goals for herself. In 2009 she had won four fitness awards. She was also the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her one of the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) ever. Ariel took her first six years in competing to obtain her college degree. Following the Professional IFBB Fitness Card Ariel made a successful comeback in Phoenix Europa Games 2015. Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. In the end, she finished 3rd at the show. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months, Ariel stepped onto the Olympia Stage and won 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel with absolutely no expectations when she entered, was delighted with her result. This is not a surprise since she did so well in light of the contest. Ariel constantly improving her physique. Ariel's most favorite part of her body to work out is the back. This is made up of bent-over rows, pull-downs with a single arm with a pull-up device and seated rows. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving onto the sets for working. Additionally, Ariel likes to use her time as efficiently as possible. She does this by super making sure she is doing all her back exercises doing 3 or 4 supersets of 10-12 repetitions. It is recommended to do this sort of exercise twice a week one day being light weight day and the other days heavy weight.
