Bossard began her career as a commercial seafood worker in the year 1999. Bossard began working with the ship F/V Sunset a 65' halibut-schooner and was later converted into a tender for salmon in the name of Murat Aritan who worked as a commercial fisherman since 1993. Bossard who is engaged to Aritan and has joined their forces in order to claim their businesses. They both believe in conservation and maximizing the use of sustainable resources within the seafood industry. Otolith was founded in Philadelphia by Bella Bossard who is now mom to two boys who are aged three and one Bossard.
